The press: 1300 ton. Lever 4 with 5,500 mm bolster, 200 ton multifunction bottom cushion, T-Truck moving bolster and molds automatic locks. The plant includes double-store destacker, material lubrication, three-axle transfer and part unloading system. Is also completed by a system of evacuation and scrap transportation and a soundproofing booth. The press-line has been supplied to one of the major European manufacturers of kitchens, already a customer of IMV PRESSE for many years. From the design to the completion of the installation it took 13 months of work and close collaboration with the customer, in order to optimize all the necessary civil works and logistics.
